IMPROVER SESSIONS
The Outrunners is more than a running club.
We’re a group who want to improve the lives of young people in East London through offering our skills, experience and time.
By joining us you’re becoming part of a friendly, non-judgmental and supportive community.
We’ll help you take your first steps to a 5k, find the confidence to tackle a half marathon or simply discover the joy of running with others.
No-one is left behind.
We take this philosophy into the local community where you’re encouraged to get involved with the Outrunners' youth charity.
You could help run one of our sports youth clubs, volunteer at a careers event, tap into your network to create opportunities for local young people or show your support by coming to one of our fun runs.
