Our women-only sessions are aimed at women who are new to running, those already running 5K’s and anyone in-between! For this group, the social element is also very important, Expected sisterhood and vibes.

Who we are

A mixed-ability group for ethnically diverse women from Black, Asian, and Muslim backgrounds looking for a supportive and friendly group to run and learn about running.

What to expect

The Tuesday women’s session is for mixed-ability women from Black, Asian and Muslim backgrounds.

We have people who are new to running, those returning from injury and people who are looking for a social weekly meet up. We structure sessions so that they are accessible to people of different speeds and everyone is able to improve their fitness.

where do we meet?

We meet at Hackney Bridge, Outrunners HQ (Unit DG04) and each week work on drills that aim to build endurance, speed and boost people’s running confidence. 

This is a perfect session for anyone that thinks group running isn’t for them.
